Info needed to plan an event at Hoover’s 101:

1. Date and time of event

Once this info is decided, please call to set up an appointment to discuss event details. At the time of the meeting, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be collected by Hoover’s to book the date. This is the perfect time to ask any questions, get specific details regarding your special day, and check out the venue and room rental facilities. We look forward to assisting you with this special event and making your party a success!

Upstairs Venue Rental Available 7 days a week until 8pm
Capacity is 246 people (social gathering style)
Capacity is 100 people (table and chair seating)
Patio holds up to 40 people
Full bar w/ our own beer on draught, local wine list, and great selection of cocktails
4 Pool tables
Full size stage XM radio Projector screen and 5 TV’s
Handicap accessible
P.A. system with wireless mics - must use our in-house DJ for use of P.A.
*In-house DJ is available for an additional $100.00

Rental price if ordering food and alcohol is $100. 00 per hour Food tab will be totaled with 20% gratuity added for the servers/bartenders/ set-up and clean-up staff to split Alcohol can be paid for separately as ordered (or put on the food tab at your request)

Hoover’s 101 will waive rental fee if party is booked for a minimum of 3 hours and bar tab is over $100.00 per hour booked. Ex. 3 hour booking and over $300 bar tab= no rental fee.

Private rental of upstairs venue after 8pm (during business hours) Will be discussed on an individual basis. Due to the cost of closing to the public, rental fee is $1000.

Any regular night NOT Weekends or Holidays Weekend and Holiday Private bookings and rental fees will be decided on an individual basis.
